Evaluation and analysis of China's printing ink market during the Tenth Five Year Plan period, China's ink industry developed rapidly, and ink production enterprises spread over more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China. In the coastal areas of eastern China, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong, the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Bohai Rim Region -- these printing industrial belts that have emerged with the rapid development of China's printing industry, there are a large number of ink production enterprises on a large scale in China, including Tianjin Dongyang, Tianjin tiannv, Shanghai Peony, Shanghai DIC, Shanghai Silian, Hangzhou HANGHUA Large backbone enterprises such as Zhejiang yongzai and Shenzhen shenri. China has become a major ink producer in the world. In recent years, its total production has continued to rank fourth in the world, second only to Germany, Japan and the United States
according to the relevant data of the ink branch of China Daily Chemical Association, during the "Tenth Five Year Plan" period of the rapid development of China's national economy, continuous and stable growth is the basic feature of China's ink industry. In 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, China's total ink production was 205000 tons, 220000 tons, 246000 tons, 270000 tons and 297000 tons respectively, and the total consumption was 220000 tons, 241100 tons, 274600 tons, 300400 tons and 321000 tons respectively, with a year-on-year increase of 10.1%, 13.4%, 9.4% and 7.0% in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. In 2005, the sales revenue of printing ink products in China has reached 6.34 billion yuan
the new and expansion projects of China's ink industry closely keep up with the new trend of international ink industry development, and adopt high-tech, advanced equipment and advanced operation management experience. The operation of these new projects has led to the continuous improvement of China's ink production capacity, product quality and product grade, the increase of varieties, the improvement of the technical content of products, and the enhancement of the market competitiveness of China's ink products. Large backbone enterprises such as Tianjin Dongyang, Hangzhou HANGHUA, Taiyuan Gaoshi, Shanghai Peony, Shanghai DIC, Shenzhen shenri have taken the lead in the industry
at present, China's ink industry has basically formed an enterprise pattern in which state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and collective and other types of enterprises develop together with a variety of ownership economies, but foreign-funded enterprises are the main force of China's ink industry at present. In recent years, China has added many new projects related to foreign investment, such as: ① flint ink (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a joint venture formed by flint ink company (Flint) of the United States and graphic tech, its long-term distributor in Hong Kong, and four major newspapers, including Beijing Youth Daily, economy, workers and the people's Liberation Army Daily. All production equipment is imported from abroad, 95% of raw materials are purchased from the mainland and 5% are imported. The annual production of the first phase of the project is about 6500 tons. The leading products are cold set and hot set rotary offset printing inks for newspaper and magazine printing, which have been completed and put into production; ② Shanghai Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is invested and established by Japan Toyo ink group, one of the three largest ink groups in the world, with a total investment of US $29million. Its leading products are high-end printing inks, resins, liquid crystal display materials, etc; ③ Yunnan Edison Ink Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between China's Yunnan Hongta, Yunnan Tongyin and Japan ink chemical industry Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 100million yuan. Its leading products are all kinds of inks, resins, fine chemical intermediates and printing related products. ④ Sakata ink (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is invested and built by Japan Sakata Ink Co., Ltd., which has established Maoming ink factory and Nansha ink factory in China. It covers an area of 3200m2, and its leading products are water-based relief ink and solvent based gravure ink. The total output of phase I project can reach 3600 tons. These new projects related to foreign investment have been completed and put into operation, which makes China's ink output and product quality icing on the cake. In addition, there are also a large number of small and medium-sized ink production enterprises all over the country. These enterprises are trying to explore new ways of survival and development under the new situation by virtue of their diversified product structure, flexible market strategies, multi-channel operation and sales methods, and price advantages
in the international trade of import and export, China's ink industry was particularly active during the Tenth Five Year Plan period. There are only a few carbon nanotube fiber materials available to the customs. The data show that in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, China's total ink imports were 24700 tons, 31600 tons, 39400 tons, 46000 tons and 47300 tons respectively, with year-on-year growth of - 1.59%, 27.94%, 24.68%, 16.75% and 2.83% respectively. The average unit price of imports was 5614 US dollars/ton, 6361 US dollars/ton, 7367 US dollars/ton US $73.89 million/ton and US $79.23 million/ton gave full play to their respective advantages, with year-on-year growth of 13.91%, 13.31%, 15.81%, 0.30% and 7.23% respectively; The total export volume was 9700 tons, 9500 tons, 10800 tons, 15600 tons and 23800 tons respectively, with year-on-year growth of 3.19%, 2.06%, 13.68%, 38.89% and 52.56% respectively. The average unit price of export was 4965 dollars/ton, 4893 dollars/ton, 4126 dollars/ton, 3974 dollars/ton and 4351 dollars/ton, with year-on-year growth of 56.98%, 1.45%, 15.68%, 3.68% and 9.49% respectively. The international market of China's ink exports covers more than 130 countries and regions in six continents in the world, such as Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, South America and Oceania. The main export market is Asia, or the maximum strength of non yielding metal materials is output as the yield value of metal materials by analogy with the definition of plastic yield strength. In 2005, China exported 21100 tons of ink to Asia, accounting for 88.56% of China's total ink exports that year
throughout the "Tenth Five Year Plan", China's ink products show three bases in international trade. Do you know how to install and operate concrete pressure testing machines? This feature is: first, the international market of China's ink exports is mainly distributed in Asia, generally accounting for about 80% to 90% of China's total ink exports that year, followed by Africa and North America; Second, the quality level of domestic ink has not only been recognized by developing countries, but also by developed countries. During the "Tenth Five Year Plan" period, the amount of printing ink exported to Japan, the United States, Germany, Britain and other advanced countries accounted for about 15% of China's total printing ink exports in that year, and the foreign exchange earnings accounted for about 14% of China's total foreign exchange earnings from printing ink exports in that year; Third, although the output, product grade and quality level of domestic inks have been greatly improved during the Tenth Five Year Plan period, and the varieties have also increased, there is still a large gap compared with the international advanced level and the domestic printing industry demand. From 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, the average unit price of ink imports in China was 1.14 times, 1.30 times, 1.79 times, 1.85 times and 1.82 times of the average unit price of exports in that year, And the amount of imported ink in China is 2.55 times, 3.33 times, 3.65 times, 2.95 times and 1.99 times of the export volume of that year, which can be seen at a glance
according to the basic requirements of the "28 word" policy for technological development of China's printing and equipment industry from 1996 to 2010, and from the current situation and development of China's printing industry, in the future market: offset printing inks still dominate; The general trend of gravure printing ink market demand is in a stable state; The market demand for relief printing ink is basically consistent with the course of developed countries in the world, and will decline significantly, but the amount of flexographic printing ink will increase significantly; The demand of silk printing ink market will show an upward trend. In addition, with the sustained, high-speed and stable development of China's national economy, the prosperity of the market, the rapid expansion of various high-end packaging and printing, bill printing, certificate printing, Securities printing, banknote printing, as well as the progress of human social civilization and the continuous enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the market demand for special anti-counterfeiting ink, special ink, and various environmental protection inks should show an upward trend on the whole
